Embroidery
Caps, hats, jackets, outerwear, uniforms and polo shirt can be embroidered when screen printing is difficult because the apparel is thicker or not able to be flattened for printing.
This is a common process for business and corporate apparel as it tends to have more professional look on certain items than screen printing.
How it Works
Embroidery consists “stitching” out your design or logo using threads of various colors. You may get a more professional look on some types of apparel that actually wears better than printing. But design options are limited since the amount of detail is less than screen printing. Very small lettering or detailed logos will have to be altered in order to be embroidered. This process is best with larger text and simpler designs.
Pricing is based on stitch count and number of colors.
